Sales Manager

We are looking for a curious and highly motivated self-starter who likes to work with both technology and business development close to customers in a high paced environment. You have an open mind and enjoy building things in a context where the road forward is not always clear.

Example of work duties: 

  • Lead the entire commercial sales process, from prospecting and building client relationships to negotiating contracts and finalizing deals.
  • Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting client relationships at both operational and executive levels.
  • Achieve LOTS’ ambitious sales targets.
  • Represent LOTS as an ambassador at fairs, conferences, and during customer visits.
  • Negotiate optimal deals for both LOTS and our customers as we establish partnerships.
  • Continuously improve our service offerings based on direct feedback from customers and your own business development insights.

The position is based at our Stockholm office located in close vicinity to the central station. As we are a global organization, international travel will occasionally be expected.

You will report directly to the Head of Partnerships who will set your agenda and support your development. You will work closely with the rest of the European and Global team but will have significant autonomy in the European region.

We believe that you have at least 5 years of previous experience from B2B complex sales – in logistics or other relevant field. 

To be successful in this role you will also need: 

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a straightforward manner.
  • Naturally goal-oriented with a passion for achieving commercial success.
  • Skilled at building strong, interpersonal relationships with customers at all levels within their organizations.
  • A supportive team player who readily offers and seeks assistance to ensure the team’s success.
  • Proficient in Swedish and English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Skills in Microsoft office and knowing your way around CRM systems
